Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or return an order. Our cancellation and refund policy aims to provide a hassle-free experience.
 

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the product after delivery following our return policy.

 

Returns and Exchanges 

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service. 

 

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and it passes our inspection, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. 

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as customized or personalized products, are non-returnable. Sale items are not eligible for return.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
